Chipotle Mexican Grill

This Chipotle seems to be consistent with franchise standards of hospitality and food freshness. Never had any issues at this location (downtown Boise adjacent to Panda Express). I honestly have no reason to give them less than 5 stars. Guacamole portion size plays a lot into the difference of 4 and 5 stars. This place serves you the way THEY would like to be served.

Great guacamole & food but unfortunately chips were stale - thought about going back in to get fresh but the vibe was already kindy weird - staff could definitely use a refreshing!!!

Service was mostly good but I find it frustrating when you walk in with a family of four, order a burrito, and they ask you if that's it... it would be more appropriate to say "what else can I get you?" Right? I mean, I could walk in and ramble off my entire order and end up repeating myself three times or I could give them one at a time and leave feeling like a valued customer because they took the time to listen and fulfill my order. The whole process just felt rushed. Also, they only have two options for kids meals.
